Payment:
 We accept PayPal (preferred), Checks (business, certified, personal), and Money Orders. Payment is expected to be received by us within ten days of Order Confirmation.

Shipping:
 We ship to the United States Only, including the Contiguous 48 States, Alaska, and Hawaii. Shipment is usually within 48 hours after receiving cleared payment.

Returns:
 Returns must be received by us within thirty days after our customer receives shipment. Return Shipping Costs are for our customer's account. If the shipment is in multiple packages, the thirty-day period will start after the last package is received by our customer. If the merchandise is received by us in the same condition as it was when shipped (except for reasonable wear from handling), we will give a full refund (less Shipping and Handling Charges, which are non-refundable). Customer Satisfaction is Very Important to us! If a good, reasonable Compromise can be worked out, we will take that into careful consideration, too!
